After putting up the Christmas tree this past year, and laying our kids down for bed, it was so quiet in our house. There was nothing but the glow of the lights. My wife and I sat and soaked up the moment together. I grabbed my guitar and what happened next poured right out of my heart. These lyrics reflect the true feelings I have about this season, written about one of my favorite times of the year.

Thanks so much to my friend Gabriel Carter for masterfully adding in piano to literally propel this song right into the nostalgia center of my brain! You rock brother! Merry Christmas everyone!
